I joined the Marsh McLennan Agency, via HMS Insurance Associates, in 2005. I am one of the few agents in the country who specialize in managing insurance programs, bonds, captives, subcontractor default insurance programs, and wrap-ups. I work directly with owners, CFOs, general counsels, and risk managers to develop cost-effective solutions for managing risk, such as guaranteed cost programs, loss-sensitive programs, single cell captives, group captives, and self-insured programs for large and middle-market companies. My main focus is maximizing my client\'s bottom line, and I offer customized services tailored to meet each client\'s needs, including program design, claim consultations, experience mod reviews, safety program implementation, and risk transfer mechanisms. I have extensive experience working with the ENR Top 400 companies, as well as international, national, and large regional businesses.In addition to directly managing client relationships, I also oversee the Marsh McLennan Agency Hunt Valley office with accountability for the overall operations.
