ABOUT JOSYUA GATISON
With strong leadership and communication as my foundation, I’ve spent the early years of my career working in the Employee Benefits space apart of the company Lockton, the worlds largest privately held insurance brokerage. Here I gained a robust understanding of benefits through working with small and large group clients, both fully and self-insured. I diligently organized strategy, solutions and created positive results for my clients through financial savings. After being awarded Rookie of the Year for the Los Angeles branch, I set out to expand my knowledge by joining the in-house side as a Benefits Analyst at Reformation. In this role I serve as the primary liaison between employees, administration and vendors/carriers, execute LOA processes and maintain a total rewards strategy that supports the organization while keeping our population educated on their enrollments. This work ensures all our employees can make well informed decisions for themselves and their families.
