About Josh Garside
With a decade of experience in Organizational Change Management, I have successfully led large-scale change initiatives, built and nurtured global Communities of Practice, and provided executive coaching to dozens of leaders and practitioners. The foundational principles and methodologies I honed during my eight years at Prosci remain integral to my approach, but it is the hands-on problem-solving, project execution, and personalized coaching that have truly refined my expertise. My approach is rooted in empathy and empowerment, ensuring that organizations are able to capitalize on their most important initiatives. Sustainable transformation be an “us vs. them” mindset—it’s about aligning project objectives with business needs to drive adoption, enhance organizational effectiveness, and deliver meaningful results.
