Finix now provides supply chain consulting to the healthcare industry, while still carrying on the legacy of industry leading recovery audits. Today we help the largest healthcare systems transform their supply chain to reduce costs and enable better patient care. For manufacturers, we bring recovery audit results that leave behind a financially sustainable procure-to-pay process. As a Managing Partner of Finix, I have been involved in every aspect of the business through its growth, always with a focus on internal process improvements. I have worked in every area from auditing, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources. Today my role allows me to set the direction for the business and ensure that the vision is executed on a daily basis. My functional area of responsibility is currently Sales & Marketing, where I am charged with building a compelling story of healthcare transformation to the industry, and empowering the sales and marketing team to tell the story to prospects.
