As a behavioral health organization, Proud Moments ABA services children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21, providing ABA therapy onsite in our state-of-the-art centers, at home or school.Drive national real estate strategy, construction and denovo expansion initiatives to support aggressive organizational growth. Lead site identification efforts in collaboration with internal analytics and external brokerage partners, targeting high-opportunity markets that align with long-term business goals. • Oversee the full lifecycle of new site development, including market evaluation, site evaluation visits, financial due diligence, and lease negotiation through execution. • Head of Construction with oversight of all new denovo builds, as well as renovations, expansions, and relocations across the existing real estate portfolio. • Collaborate with architects to design efficient, brand-aligned floor plans that optimize operational and clinical workflows. • Partner closely with Operations and Clinical teams to identify and resolve issues in existing centers, applying these insights to improve design and functionality in new locations. • Provide executive oversight of facilities management and maintenance across a multi-state real estate portfolio. • Define and enforce national design standards to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across all centers.
