About Josh Flusser
My time working at Alternative Vision Capital taught me better technical skills because I spent so much time working with Microsoft Excel. Since I was relatively new to excel, I became more comfortable asking others for help. I started to become a lot more focused on the details of my work because one small mistake when doing a calculation could have completely changed the solution.Working with Excel taught me better technical skills and how to be more comfortable asking questions when I I need help because I realized that if I didn’t, I would be much less efficient in finishing my work.At Jeff Lake Camp, I learned the value that each person can have on a team. Directing my campers taught me better leadership skills that can transition to the workplace.
