Josh Flicker is an associate attorney at Lalchandani Simon, a full-service South Florida law firm known for handling complex commercial matters on both the litigation and transactional sides. His practice spans commercial contracting, corporate transactions and operations, and medical malpractice, among others - giving clients and referral partners a single point of contact across a broad range of legal needs.Before joining Lalchandani Simon, Josh served as In-House Attorney and Director on the Executive Operations team at NationsBenefits, where he supported M&A activity, enterprise contracting, and corporate strategy under the EVP and Corporate Counsel. That in-house background gives him a practical, business-first perspective that informs how he approaches every matter.Josh is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and a member of the Florida Bar. He also holds a degree in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business. His background includes experience in both litigation and transactional law, reflecting a passion for the intersection of law, business, and strategy.
