   Simpson Construction Services has delivered quality commercial building for more than 50 years, focusing primarily on healthcare, retirement, religious, multi-family and education facilities. We constantly seek ways to improve communication during a project, stay up-to-date on current trends and continually bring value to owners and the communities that support them. As Project Manager, I take the lead in all communication for a specific project, working closely not only with the owners and architects, but also with the subcontractors and vendors. My responsibilities include: developing and maintaining the master schedule, processing all subcontracts and project costs, and handling all contract administration. Ultimately, it is my job is to make certain each project meets the expectations of the owners, ensuring a high level of quality while maintaining the project schedule and budget. Our mission at Simpson Construction Services is Building Spaces That Increase the Value of Life for our Clients, Employees, and Community while ensuring Safety, Integrity and Sustained Growth. We don’t take that lightly.
