Mr. O’Shea is the Executive Chairman of Global Alliance Securities, LLC. In 2010, Mr. O’Shea co-founded Global Alliance Securities, LLC (GA). As Executive Chairman, Mr. O’Shea focuses on the expansion of GA’s 15a-6 Services to non-US broker-dealers for trading and investment banking transactions. These services provide non-US broker-dealers with access to the U.S. market, allowing them to engage in trading and investment banking transactions that would otherwise be difficult to conduct. Additionally, GA’s expertise in regulatory compliance ensures that these transactions are conducted in accordance with U.S. laws, reducing legal risks for its clients. As a U.S. Licensed Broker-Dealer, GA meets the challenges of delivering specialized services to its clients by leaning on the extensive experience of members of the GA team in cross-border transactions, international trading and settlement, 15a-6 services trading & settlement and investment banking. For over twenty-five years, Mr. O\'Shea has \"chaperoned\" non-US securities broker-dealers under SEC Rule 15a-6. By utilizing GA\'s 15a-6 Services, clients gain seamless entry into the U.S. financial markets, which can significantly enhance their global reach and competitive edge. These services also provide clients with the assurance of compliance with complex U.S. regulatory requirements, thereby minimizing potential legal and financial liabilities. Furthermore, the expertise offered by GA can facilitate smoother transactions, fostering trust and long-term partnerships with U.S. entities. Mr. O’Shea began his career in 1982 as a trader and syndicate manager. During his 30-year career, Mr. O’Shea pursued a global geographic presence through Westminster Securities Corporation (Westminster), which was a NYSE member firm. As Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Westminster, Mr. O’Shea expanded the firm’s business lines into investment banking, while continuing to offer trading, settlement and brokerage services for clients in over 50 countries. His 25-year tenure at Westminster was focused on performing as an active underwriter, market maker, and investor in public/private debt and equity offerings.In October 2024, The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and leading provider of anti-fraud training and education, awarded Mr. O\'Shea the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential. In order to become a CFE, Mr. O’Shea met a stringent set of criteria and passed rigorous exams administered by the ACFE.
