My mission is to create shared understanding among diverse individuals and groups, enabling them to develop and grow beyond expectations. For those I have been fortunate to manage, mentor, or simply collaborate with, I take satisfaction in being able to maximize the positive impact of others in the world around me. And as someone with a strong success and achievement orientation, delivering results is always a key objective for me.In a nutshell, my approach is \"Diving in and Driving Forward.\" My natural curiosity drives me to expand my knowledge constantly and immerse myself in whatever initiative I take on. I approach problem-solving and generating solutions using a mix of creativity and approaching problems from different angles, and have a demonstrated history of using a variety of communication, organizational and technical skills to help projects get back on track. Every day, I strive to put the Agile aspect of continuous improvement in practice by connecting with and learning from others in a wide range of disciplines, including executive leadership, project management, finance, startup founders, human resources, and beyond.An MBA graduate with a broad background of different industries and roles, and years of leadership experience in both business and volunteer organizations: I value attention to detail and a long-term, growth-oriented strategic mindset. I use my political science and business education to approach analysis and planning as a Systems thinker.
