   Founded the Southeast’s premiere social impact company working to optimize how individuals and institutions work together to address social, environmental and economic challenges — Has led engagements with more than 200 clients (and counting!) providing strategic business planning, brand marketing, community voice and organizational strengthening services — Established Impact for Business, Next Stage’s service line for private sector companies seeking to design and optimize metric-driven social impact strategies for their businesses — Launched an annualized, cohort-led incubator for emerging social good entrepreneurs in 2018 that served 21 organizations through a year-long program of workshops and coaching — Published The Social Good Report: Profit & Purpose (2021) and The ESG Addendum (2023) exploring the new expectations stakeholders have for the brands they engage with, and how companies can leverage that trend to build bottom-line success — Launched Cultivate, Next Stage’s digital platform for peer learning networks, centering the importance of trust-building in the process of collaboration
