I have the unique opportunity and honor of working in prisons to implement the 7 Habits and Speed of Trust on the Inside. It teaches inmates and staff how to lead themselves. Offenders often change incorrect paradigms, take responsibility for their actions, develop effective communication skills, and strive to create a positive legacy. For staff and officers, our processes help give back the years they lose working in an extremely stressful environment. This evidence based program 1) reduces staff turnover, 2) decreases recidivism(to 8%), 3) decrease incident reports and 4) create a safer culture.

Hi, I’m Josh Chase. I\'m passionate about making a positive difference in people\'s lives, and helping organizations & people succeed. I have a zest for life and a zest for building and sustaining meaningful relationships.One of the most unique and meaningful parts of my work is having the honor to implement The 7 Habits and The Speed of Trust inside correctional facilities. We help both inmates and staff apply timeless principles to how they lead their lives, both inside and beyond the walls.For inmates, the work often involves challenging long-held paradigms, taking ownership of their choices, developing respect for others, and rebuilding a sense of hope and purpose for the future. For staff, this process helps counter the toll of working in an extremely high-stress environment, giving them tools to rebuild trust, regain perspective, and get back some of the years the job can quietly take.Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my wife and three kids, enjoying all the beauty and adventure Utah has to offer.Let’s connect!
