Senior Desktop Support Engineer @Roc Search

I provide International support across 8 offices spanning Europe, the US and UK both face to face and remotely. Throughout my time at Roc Search my role has evolved into a Senior capacity with greater responsibility ensuring daily admin and guaranteeing that our Windows Servers are running smoothly with no down time during core business hours. Applications I have supported consist of Profile (Microdec), Office 2013/ 365, Cube 19, as well as Server Applications including but not exhaustive of Symantec Back-up Exec, Symantec Anti-Virus, Microsoft Exchange Admin Centre (Advanced Policies), and Active Directory within Roc Search’s infrastructure.
