Working within the Hybrid Platforms organization on Managed OpenShift, specifically the ROSA with Hosted Control Planes offering. Provide leadership and mentorship in building systems at scale to manage thousands of clusters, while driving initiatives to improve our follow-the-sun on-call experience for SREs. Kickstarted the ROSA HCP Platform team, chartered to work across upstream and internally to ensure we can package OpenShift and HyperShift together to make a scalable, resilient, and forward looking managed service for our customers.
