About Josh Frink

I\'ve always been proud to be the fourth generation of my family to install, sand, and finish hardwood floors. Starting at fifteen, I went from running the edger, to managing my own crew, to opening my own wood flooring company in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Eventually, I transitioned to working as a manufactures rep, allowing me to work closely with professionals throughout the wood flooring industry.Having seen the industry from many different angles, I believe I have a unique insight into what propels the flooring industry in our country. I have a passion for the craft itself and a hard work ethic that translates into dedication to each project I am involved with. Whether it be by supporting a hardworking contractor on the jobsite, to providing instructions for distributors\' sales teams, to troubleshooting product issues, I take great pride in working in a field I enjoy.
