Leveraged exceptional knowledge of Excel to present proposal pricing to senior management.Setup engagement cost accounts, accrual profiles for earned value progress reporting in iPasPM (SAP) and liaised with Engineering Manager to create an engagement RACI for all cost and schedule reporting.Responsible for pricing & invoicing terms, reviewing invoices, and ensuring prompt billing.Produced weekly, bi-weekly and monthly status reports for client, parameters including earned value (EV), incurred to date, and estimate at complete (EAC, or forecast).iPasEE Functional Lead - US RegionContributed to the development and testing of an in-house tool for prime contract estimating and project setup.Supporting dozens of proposals in estimate development ranging from $50k to $50M in Hatch fees.Instituted the hands-on training course and delivered it to major offices across North America. Mentored & trained new graduate project controllers.Cost ControllerPerformed cost management for client’s capital execution budget, totaling $500M across 7 projects, at the Kennecott Copper Mine. Budgets managed in Proliance at the cost account level, tracking commitments and incurred costs by package. Controlled forecast final cost & contingency through trend management processes including maintenance of a trend register, creation of PCNs, reviews with package & discipline leads and coordinating with the contracts and procurement group.Generated accruals mid-month and reconciliations at end of month for all projects.Processed vendor invoices, recording incurred costs, creating payment certificates, and distributing for approvals prior to payment.SchedulerDeveloped and maintained engagement schedule in Oracle Primavera P6, working with the project and engineering managers for planning input. Held bi-weekly schedule updates with project discipline leads.
