I’m the Project Director for Healthcare at Cornerstone, which includes leading new-build and refurbishment projects primarily across children’s homes and specialist supported living. I lead schemes from early feasibility through planning, design and delivery, carrying out site affordability assessments, investment appraisals and ensuring each project is viable, compliant and well-designed. I work closely with registered providers, contractors and local partners to create spaces that genuinely meet people’s needs.As part of this role, I’m the Healthcare Sector Lead, where I align our projects to market trends, commissioning priorities and service models across the sector. I bring insight into our pipeline and project decisions, helping shape schemes that align with local need and integrated care priorities. My aim is to keep things practical, collaborative and focused on delivering the right services in the right places.
