Josh Autry chairs Morgan & Morgan\'s Mass Tort Law & Briefing Group, which prepares briefs and appeals for class actions and multidistrict litigation (MDL). For 17+ years, Josh has litigated in state and federal courts. He has tried 19 cases to jury verdict and taken more than 300 depositions. He has argued 32 appeals and briefed many more. Josh has drafted briefs in several mass tort cases, including the proton-pump inhibitor MDL, JUUL MDL, social media addiction MDL, social media California coordinated proceeding, and the Gardasil MDL.Over the course of his practice, Josh has represented plaintiffs and defendants.
