About Joshua Anderson
Over the course of my career in real estate, I have worked variously in investment banking / capital-raising, distressed asset resolution, corporate real estate advisory, acquisitions, and investment management. I currently lead Roseview\'s Lemonade investment program, which is focused on acquiring and then retenanting portfolios of vacant or soon-to-be vacant single-tenant retail properties, and other excess corporate real estate assets.
