Head of Sales, Marketing & Technology Operations, I blend strategic vision with tech innovation—architecting and deploying AI-driven solutions, real-time BI dashboards, marketing-tech stacks and automation frameworks that boost performance, engagement and revenue. Previously, as Head of Operations – Design & Manufacturing, I learned that automation and operational efficiency are non-negotiable in a manufacturing environment. I standardized and automated processes, optimized workflows, and led technology-driven capability planning to improve quality, throughput and profitability. I began my career in creative and production roles across San Francisco and New York—from Photographer’s Assistant to Professional Photographer, Production Artist, Lead Designer and ultimately Head of Design. Those hands-on experiences cemented a data-driven, detail-oriented, process-engineering mindset and first introduced me to the power of automation.
