With over a decade of nursing experience, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in patient care, quality, safety, and outcomes. I am currently a Patient Care Director at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, a renowned academic medical center that delivers world-class care to diverse and complex patient populations.In my role, I manage the operations and performance of the Cardiac Critical Care Unit, one of the largest and busiest in the country.
