   Lead ~$15MM sales initiatives with all independent music retailers east of the Mississippi. Initiated quarterly specials to improve sell though for slow-moving products or to place current top sellers, broadening brand visibility and generating great profit centers for retail dealers. Drove double-digit growth (~16%) annually. Increased sales with active sales to dealers and end-user contact, bringing customers into the “family” through conversation and brand history. Introduced 2 limited-run special editions each year that were 100%. Led an international sales summit in London, UK (2019) to increase brand recognition and create exclusive products for international markets. Guides the creation and development of new products, often taking products from inception to end user purchase; e.g, designing 2 limited edition snares and drum kits per year in small batches of 25-75 with 100% sell through to select dealers (4 years running). Created extreme interest and a “feeding frenzy” for the next release. Several accounts now have open PO to pre-purchase upcoming limited edition items.
