With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a seasoned leader in claims and operations. I currently serve as SVP Claims and Operations where I oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of General Motors Insurance, a new and innovative insurance offering that leverages connected vehicle data and advanced analytics. I lead a team of claims professionals who deliver exceptional service and solutions to our customers and partners. Prior to joining General Motors Insurance, I was the Chief Claims and Risk Engineering Officer at State Auto Insurance, where I was responsible for the transformation and modernization of the claims and risk engineering functions across all lines of business. I am a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and a Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA). I am passionate about creating a culture of learning, innovation, and excellence in the insurance industry, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table. I am driven by the mission of providing value and peace of mind to our customers and stakeholders, and I am always looking for new opportunities and challenges to grow and make a positive impact.
