   Gathr Outdoors is all about bringing people Together Outside through our values and portfolio of products. We have fun and exciting brands in the outdoor seating, golf, coolers, drinkwear and camping categories that will allow you to relax and enjoy your time outdoors with friends and family. My team leads the development and execution of our global logistics and distribution strategy. We are either directly responsible or have influence over: Fulfillment Activities (B2B, D2C, etc.), Warehouse/Distribution (3PL and Managed), Transportation (Domestic and Ocean), Customs Compliance, Inventory and Planning, and related technologies (WMS, ERP, TMS, etc.)Over the past 2+ years while at Gathr as both a consultant and the VP of logistics we have completely transformed our logistics network and infrastructure. We have consolidated locations, re-designed warehouses, brought in strategic vendor partners (3PL/Freight Forwarder), and delivered millions in value to the P&L.
