Starting at age 17 through 23, I managed a chain of skateboarding stores, leading 125 employees, stock needs, and handled all customer service training. Eager to continue my professional education, I accepted a temp position with Countrywide Home Loans, turning into a 12+ year career as I moved through the basics of loan document entry to becoming a Loan Officer for CW, Bank of America, and then Met-Life Home Loans.In my roles within the Mortgage Industry, I developed a wealth of knowledge in task management, finance, property development, customer service, team building, as well as all office related technical skills. All of this helped to mold my organization and time management. More recently, I\'ve become extremely lucky, turning a hobby and passion of mine into a career in Scuba Diving. Becoming a Dive Master and doing 250+ dives in the first 2 years of this process gave me a wealth of knowledge on a product & support level understanding specific customers needs which led to my current role with a Scuba Product Manufacturer. I wear many hats, being involved in sales, support, eCommerce, digital marketing, projections, inventory control, budgeting, and more. Customer service has been a passion of mine since the early days at the skateboarding store. I\'ve always been a believer in maintaining long-term relationships with people/businesses and have formed my own recipe including honesty and accountability to make that happen. I\'m hard working and believe I would be a benefit to any organization I will grow with.
