   At Potter Hill Farm, a small local organic regenerative farm in Grafton, MA, I contribute to a sustainable approach to agriculture that focuses on growing high-quality vegetables and, occasionally, producing animal products. My work involves a wide variety of tasks essential to the daily operations of the farm, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, soil health management, and assisting with livestock care when needed.Working on a farm that prioritizes regenerative practices has deepened my understanding of the vital connection between the land, the food we grow, and the communities we serve. I’ve gained valuable experience in sustainable farming techniques, from fostering healthy soil ecosystems to ensuring that our produce is fresh, nutritious, and responsibly grown.What I love most about this role is the opportunity to work closely with nature and contribute to a mission that supports environmental health, local food systems, and a stronger community. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that’s dedicated to growing food with integrity and care.
