Now, as an Air Force PhD fellow at MIT, I’m working on helping robots work better with people.I advise autonomy-focused projects for the Air Force, helping bridge fundamental research with real-world mission needs. Before MIT, I led teams putting autonomous aircraft through their paces, including the Skyborg Vanguard program and an F-16 that flew AI-trained maneuvers for the first time in the real world.I believe that technological progress isn’t inevitable.
