At Corestream, we are trying to put the right benefits in front of the right employees at the right time, without added administrative burden or spend for benefits teams. I oversee the account management and business development functions. Our team of customer-facing client executives are focused on retaining and growing each of their accounts, driven by the problems and overall initiatives that each customer is looking to solve for. On the business development side we take a similar approach, listening first to what the prospective customer is looking to solve for and achieve, and then providing our point of view for how we can guide them towards those goals, and onward from there.
