We are a direct corespondent for lenders and investors across the country and specialize in all aspects of commercial funding, from origination and due diligence to creative solutions and closing.\"As director of operations at Aspen Capital, Josh leverages a diverse skillset based on a varied background of finance, banking, military service and entrepreneurship. Josh served over 12 years in the Ohio ANG as a non-commissioned officer coordinating the construction, maintenance and disposition of multiple million dollar weapon systems. Josh completed four voluntary overseas deployments where he honed his ability to successfully complete a variety of missions in a range of adverse environments. After studying finance at the University of Toledo, Josh entered the banking sector where he developed a close working relationship with many local businesses. From banking, Josh transitioned to event production where he co-produced charity events and live music along side his wife Sarah, successfully raising large sums to benefit local charities. In 2016 Josh combined his passion for entrepreneurship with his love of vintage timepieces creating a successful online boutique that has been featured in multiple national publications, from GQ to the Wall Street Journal. Josh’s passion for entrepreneurship and deep knowledge of the inner nuts and bolts of business allow him to understand the needs of clients while keeping the operational wheels greased at Aspen Capital. A veteran in the short-term rental space, Josh and his wife currently own and operate multiple AirBNB properties, giving Josh a valuable lens into the process of obtaining short-term rental funding that he leverages for the benefit our clients. Josh calls Florida’s gulf coast home where he lives with his wife Sarah, and two kids, Charlotte and Rowan.\"
