As Property Manager, I am responsible for running, safety, and tenant experience across two residential buildings in London. The role combines operational management, compliance, and community building to ensure a high standard of living and maximise property value.Core Responsibilities: Building Operations & Maintenance:I carry out regular inspections across both buildings, making sure communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. I coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, manage cleaning schedules, and respond quickly to any issues or emergencies.Health, Safety & Compliance: I take responsibility for health & safety across both sites, conducting risk assessments, ensuring fire safety measures are in place, and keeping certifications (gas, electrical, insurance) up to date.Resident Relations & Community Management:I act as the first point of contact for residents, handling queries and resolving concerns with care and professionalism. I also make sure building communications are clear and timely, while helping to foster a sense of community within each property.Financial & Administrative Oversight:I manage budgets, and track building expenses to ensure services are delivered cost-effectively. I keep detailed records of inspections, works, and resident correspondence.Coordination & Reporting:I report to senior management with updates on building performance and key issues. I liaise with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure both properties are well looked after and continue to grow in value.My Goals in the Role- Deliver a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living environment- Maintain strong resident satisfaction and trust- Keep both buildings compliant, efficient, and cost-effective- Build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
