ABOUT JOSH CARLISLE
I have over 23 years of experience in the oil and gas and energy industries including carbon capture and storage and 5 years of volunteer service in fire and emergency medical response. I have focused my career on developing and implementing programs promoting the energy industry as a leader in environmental, health, safety, security, ESG, and community engagement. My work also includes regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness and response, giving me a wide-angle lens on the operations that sustain the industry. My work has encompassed Colorado, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. I have helped position two companies for successful IPO and facilitated an initial MSCI (ESG) rating of an A for the second, opening access to billions in potential investments. I previously helped create and then served as the first Chair of Board of Directors for the nonprofit Colorado Preparedness & Response Network, an industry and First Responder collaboration initiative. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire where I participate annually as a guest lecturer to mid-level geology students.
