Multiple public sector contracts including:Acting as Lead Business Analyst on a API backend service. Project delivered AWS Cloud based technologies for two of the UKs public sector agencies to exchange information to support Certificate of Professional Competency (CPC) legislation. This required a backlog of API based technical stories defined and delivered over a 8 month period to go live. Carried out Agile Delivery Manager role for final 4 months of project to see out go live.Acting as Lead Business Analyst on another API backend service to enable driving licence renewals. Once again project is delivering AWS based cloud infrastructure and functionality to enable an intermediary to submit licence renewals with processing thereof also included.Additionally outside of contracts, acting as Squad Lead to several BJSS colleagues for pastoral care performance management and resourcing.
