I\'ve been in the IT field for over 18 years and have had extensive experience with both Windows Operating Systems and providing excellent customer service.I have diverse experience in both desktop support and Systems Administration, particularly with the Microsoft Operating Systems. At my current position I’m using SCCM and Active Directory on a daily basis.I was the top student in my class at the Computer Education Institute in when I obtained my CNA from Netware and my MCSE from Microsoft.
