Wolf Creek Team Leadership Position. The Work Week Manager (WWM) is responsible for the development and implementation of the weekly schedules. During the development process, the WWM is expected to efficiently allocate company resources and to schedule work activities that improve system health and availability all the while minimizing risk to the station- Assist in coordination of schedule development, verify sequence of scheduled activities, analyze critical path duration- Develop risk assessment of work activities in order to minimize risk to station- Provide oversight and coordination for implementation of Technical Specification Equipment Outages (TSEOs)- Provide direction to personnel assigned to the project- Redirect resources as required to meet critical path time frames and schedule changes- Ensure required work organizations are staffed around the clock- Keep Control Room/Work Control Center updated on current activities- Procure additional support or resources from the supporting work groups supervision as necessary- Ensure Operating Crew is routinely briefed on current status of work activities- Ensure the Plant Manager are notified of power decreases- Conduct turnover meetings
