Oversee and evolve all IT operations, maintain services availability and support operations, manage SaaS & services vendors spanning primary enterprise systems, network, security, telephony, and messaging. • Develop and execute IT roadmap and project portfolio for business and operations application, technology, security, and compliance initiatives. • Elevate IT services by developing and implementing standardized infrastructure and application policies, procedures and practices to drive significant improvements of operational and financial efficiencies. • Increase engagement and collaboration with Sr Management, stakeholders and vendors establishing IT as a trusted partner to Centers. • Optimize enterprise technology operations, IT budget spend, technology and services procurement, software licensing, services and support agreements. Maximize SaaS and MSP partner performance. • Responsible for ongoing process development and compliance with policies and procedures for infrastructure quality control, security, IT audit, change management, incident management and risk mitigation and resolution. • Provide program delivery oversight on all initiatives to ensure compliance with scope, timeline, established practices and budget.
