Povide on-site completions supervision for; Mesquite Energy, Sabine Oil & Gas, Sundance Energy, Teal Natural Resources, BBL Operating, US Energy Development Corporation, Sanchez Oil & Gas, Charger Shale Oil, American Energy Partners, Earthstone Energy, Halcon Resources & Southern Bay Energy.• Duties include managing all facets of completions operations; x-linked and high rate slickwater frac, pump down, wireline, coiled tubing, fishing, cleanout and drill out operations, packer, gas lift valve and tubing install, well prep, wellhead, zipper manifold installs and maintenance, toe preps and location set-up. Oversee and plan multi-site / multi-well logistics. Research, document and remediate issues to maximize productivity and minimize non-productive time.• Real time analysis of hydraulic fracturing job design. Provide on-site design improvements during fracturing execution to enhance the treatments which ultimately assist in improved well performance.• Monitor AFE’s, approve invoices, track and report daily cost, approve / disapprove bids and contracts associated with work completed specific to each well and make recommendations regarding task specific areas to cut cost in order to streamline and increase well productivity.• Communicate with corporate personnel and based on thorough reporting, advise solutions to effectively rectify problematic issues regarding actual well work or contractors on wellsite location.• Present daily safety meetings, address issues, enforce OSHA safety requirements / compliance and convey company safety regulations.• Experience by geological formation: Atoka Shale, Austin Chalk, Barnett Shale, Bossier Sand, Bossier Shale, Cleveland Sand, Cotton Valley, Cotton Valley Lime, Eagle Ford Shale, Fayetteville Shale, Granite Wash, Haynesville Shale, James Lime, Marcellus Shale, Pettit, Spraberry, Travis Peak, Wolfcamp, Woodbine, as well as various other formations.
