1. Data Science Leader (Sr Consultant)

   I currently serve a number of roles within the Enterprise Analytics Office. Currently playing a leading role in a multi-year change management effort involving the development and rollout of a cloud-based, end-to-end predictive model build and deployment platform comprised of various Amazon Web Services capabilities and open-source technologies (e.g. Kubeflow, Kubernetes, Docker, PySpark). As part of this effort, I led a cross-functional working team to align on key design infrastructure decisions in the areas of code management (e.g. GitHub repository template and branching structure), model training (e.g. developing standard templates for preprocessing/postprocessing and model build and evaluation), and model deployment (e.g. handoff and review process). We designed, developed, and executed multiple series of associate-led training and roadshow sessions (25+ in total) to equip associates and stakeholders with the skills needed to use the new infrastructure. In parallel, coordinated with technical SMEs design and build an easy-to-use, self-service SharePoint site that hosted all training materials, including training session recordings. We also rolled out a \"buddy system\"(with technical SMEs pairing up with new users) to ensure a smoother rollout. In addition to this change management effort, I also collaborate with our Excess & Surplus/Speciality partners to provide analytic and peer review support and thought leadership for their predictive modeling initiatives. In the talent space, in addition to coordinating the department internship program from 20••••21, I collaborated with HR, leadership and team members to develop and update shared department values & expectations guide and a companion guide on career paths and \"stretch\" behaviors. I also coordinated multiple efforts to develop department-wide \"style guides\" and standards for Python, SQL, and other commonly-used software to ensure consistency of deliverables and work products.
