Take care of your fleet, and your fleet will take care of you. Properly compensate for the work being done, and you\'ll create loyalty. The shortage of experienced, qualified drivers is only going to get tighter, so it\'s more important that ever to take care of your fleet. Recruiting starts retention, and it all begins with setting and meeting the proper expectations. There is always a better way to do something. Having worked in multiple departments and divisions at both asset-based trucking companies and 3PLs, I have set up contracts, customers, driver recruiting and retention programs. I use my experience and abilities to improve processes, and in turn improve the costing behind them, resulting in a quality and desired brand for drivers and ultimately creating better experiences for our customers.
