Identify opportunities to drive revenue and profit, in particular, develop road map documents for agreed priority retailers delivering high value income growth for Landsec-Use retail knowledge and experience to improve retail trading performance.Share best practice amongst retailers and maintain high retail standards-Collate and analyse weekly occupier sales data, communicating areas of growth and risk to all stakeholders-Provide two-way feedback to the wider business as part of a co-ordinated CRM framework-Collate, analyse and review all available data to help understand the operation/s-Maximise the usage of all data including CACI, footfall, Path Intelligence, dwell time, average spend, catchments, customer profile-Undertake regular occupier visits in order to maintain positive working relationships, gain constructive feedback and understanding and to provide support and assistance-Communicate with retailers on a regular basis on operational issues including formal meetings, establishing effective working relationships-Ensure retailer compliance with regulations and lease covenants, as well as other compliance issues-Coordinate and respond to retailer enquires including operational issues, shop refreshes and performance issues-Work collaboratively with the centre team -Take the lead in inducting new occupiers and new store managers-Work with store managers, area managers and head office contacts and develop strong links with these groups-To develop and distribute occupier information to develop local offers and initiatives-Be aware of retailer events and their impact on the centre and ensure that these are well managed-Engage occupiers to participate in any sales growth opportunities-Facilitate occupier meetings and forums, assisting with their planning and delivery, arranging guest speakers and promoting store manager attendance-Liaise with the mall operators, to ensure the highest standards of presentation and service.
