I’ve built partnerships with 10+ private equity firms to secure direct recruiting opportunities, technical training, and live industry exposure for members. I contributed to the development and execution of a 12-week curriculum taught by professionals, covering LBO modeling, financial analysis, and CIM evaluation.In my role as Secretary, I oversee guest speaker sourcing, scheduling, and event logistics. I implemented attendance tracking, centralized meeting documentation, and weekly leadership check-ins to improve engagement and accountability. I also launched initiatives including firm visits, a CHOMP alumni and partner database, and ongoing member development tracking to expand the club’s long-term value.CHOMP is officially recognized by UF’s Student Activities & Involvement and the Business College Council, enabling continued institutional and professional growth.
