I also lead the organizational effectiveness and human resource initiatives that support our strategic goals and customer satisfaction.With over 10 years of progressive experience in environmental health and safety management, I have successfully managed and improved the EHS and HR performance of various industries, including pharmaceutical, emergency medicine, heavy equipment manufacturing, and beverage processing. I have a strong background in program design and execution, risk assessment and mitigation, standards and regulations, and team leadership.
