His experience spans both privately held middle-market companies and Fortune 100 global enterprises, giving him a broad understanding of complex financial landscapes and organizational dynamics.Josh’s expertise includes financial reporting, consolidations, business combinations, technical accounting, debt and equity transactions, revenue recognition, and internal controls optimization.
