About Josh Kohn

Technology must amplify human capability, not replace it. That belief drives everything I build. I spent 15 years learning how to take complex systems from concept to scale, as an Army infantry officer, investment banker at J.P. Morgan, product manager, fintech co-founder, and then designing and building a global innovation program leveraging IP for new product lines and top line growth. Each chapter sharpened a different edge: grit, operational discipline, capital markets fluency, product instincts, and the ability to build new business lines and organizations. Today I\'m applying all of it as the Co-Founder and CEO of Meridian Performance Systems, where we\'re building the foundational computer vision layer that connects digital intelligence to the physical world. We\'re delivering the perception infrastructure that lets any camera understand and measure physical reality at the edge. My operating philosophy is simple: validate the problem with industry partners, co-create the solution with committed customers, then scale across verticals. This model and commercialization framework was refined by building and testing the global digital innovation laboratory.The mission is the same as it\'s always been: build the team, build the system, execute the vision. Above all, operate with integrity and do good while doing well.
