Respond to data center incidents as they occur during business hours and ensure best practices are applied by responding orgs in a potentially stressful environment while utilizing internal tools to help guide the site team.Liaison between YAWN campus members, Tech-IRT, Network security, and the Crisis Management groups to ensure incidents are effectively communicated and understood by all stakeholders.Follow-up on all incidents to ensure proper disposition and reporting.Work with sites to identify any risky activities or conditions that will need to be reported on the Risk Awareness Tracker and deliver a write up on those risks for the weekly newsletter.Assist sites with proper production change request (PCR) usage.Ensure robust root cause analysis (RCA) is being performed to high standards as part of the postmortem development process - and work with cross-functional teams to continually improve RCA methodology.Drive postmortems to closure by keeping AIs moving forward based on risk, and breaking down barriers between cross-functional teams.Develop and conduct regional drills based on actions taken to close gaps identified in incidents or lessons learned.Conduct Crisis Management drills in the region in partnership with the CSRM team.Coordinate in region procedure development, reviews, and approval, including standard operating procedures (SOP), maintenance operating procedures (MOP), and CWP procedures.Facilitate engagement between regional FM Sponsors and trainers with the CWP T/PM supporting regional and global efforts.Champion the DCOps business continuity program (BCP) and DCOps emergency operational procedure (EOP) program, within the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams within the region to drive program effectiveness.
