At TrueNorth, I serve as Director of Clinical Operations, where I oversee the growth, network operations, and support of a nationwide team of expertly trained clinicians. Our team of experienced and expertly trained therapists deliver evidence-based therapy for OCD and anxiety disorders—through a model that’s both clinically excellent and professionally sustainable.We specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and CBT, ACT, and Exposure Therapy for anxiety disorders—all delivered virtually to children, teens, and adults across the U.S. Our intentionally small and specialized team allows us to provide truly individualized care. We take the time to get to know each client beyond their diagnosis, tailoring treatment to their unique experiences, values, and goals.But we’re building more than a therapy practice—we’re redefining what contract work in mental health can look like. TrueNorth is designed for therapists who want the freedom and compensation of private practice, as well as the community and support of a group model—without burnout, micromanagement, or insurance red tape.
