I am a proven leader in disability rights, inclusive development, strategy and policy development and innovation, and global education equity. I drive high-impact initiatives, transforming systems, shaping policy, and fostering equitable and inclusive environments at the highest levels of government and international development. I work to bring human rights and accessibility remain central to the global agenda. I build and lead coalitions, embed disability inclusion into policies and strategies, and provide advisory support to governments, policymakers, and partner organizations. My efforts directly shape how millions in development funding are allocated to create a more equitable future. I’m honored to have received the 2022 People’s Choice Award from the Partnership for Public Service for my leadership in advancing disability-inclusive education worldwide. I actively contribute as a thought leader in this space, sharing insights to inspire systemic change. Passionate about systems thinking, universal design for learning, and cross-sector collaboration, I work to drive transformational change and build a more equitable and inclusive world for all. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature, swimming, hiking, reading, and experimenting with sustainable gardening.
