ABOUT JOSH JONES

Experienced management and technical professional with demonstrated progressive responsibility working in heavy industry. Skilled in Sales, Operations and Project Management, ERP systems, CAD, and Business Planning. One of the most notable accomplishments in my career so far occurred after I relocated to Tucson. I was given responsibility for a facility that was not functionally competitive with others in the same industry. The facility was small and although it had a few skilled technicians, it did not have enough head count to support the vision of what the facility could be. Additionally, the facility did not have enough crane capacity or possess other key pieces of equipment needed to fully compete in the industry. When I was done, the capability of the operation had been completely transformed. During my tenure the staff grew from 3 technicians to 15 technicians. The functionality of the operation also grew from a few basic tools to a fully functional repair facility, including numerous capital improvements which were approved through demonstrated business unit performance gains. Finally, the revenue grew by a factor of 4 compared to where it was prior to the transformation.The following skills / traits contributed to this success:• Perseverance• Teamwork• Discipline• Vision• Sales abilityThe example above is a testament to my brand, and who I am as a person. I am a driven individual that sets goals and formulates the plans necessary to achieve them. In my personal life I also set goals; whether working through a cross fit workout, or training for a half-marathon, goal orientation is a huge part of who I am.
