Develops and enforces all project procedures and best practices, generating project and status reports. – Directed the execution of a work over & completion projects for Walsh Engineering performing repairs and maintenance on wells that had declined in production, such as pump change & tubing repairs, featuring the planning and execution of chemical treatments and all necessary down hole cleanup. As well as P&A, Squeeze Ops, Frac Prep & Plug & Perf Pump Downs, post Frac Horizontal Drill Outs for multiple O&G companies such as Encana, WPX, Catamount Partners & High Plains Oil Co.
