Head of US commercial litigation. I lead a team of legal professionals responsible for the company\'s litigation and claims involving contracts, property, product liability, bankruptcy, collections, plaintiff side class actions, as well as general liability matters arising from Smurfit Westrock\'s U.S. based operations, which include more than employees working in more than 200 facilities and generating more than $14 billion in revenue. I also have primary legal responsibility for risk management, including insurance coverage and recovery issues, mass torts, and certain regulatory issues. I enjoy working in a team environment to create strategic solutions that avoid wasted cost. I\'m compelled to admit that I prefer oat milk in coffee, running with a dog rather than without, and the nerdery of preparation for trial - and more particularly, for appeal.
