The Marshfield Coastal Hazards Lab is dedicated to establishing a collaborative technology hub for coastal hazards research, solution development, and knowledge sharing. Lab staff, consisting of highly skilled coastal scientists and engineers, maintains an extensive real-time sensor network and digital twin of the regional area to provide actionable intelligence for decision makers. The lab also seeks broad partnerships with academic, industry, state, and federal partners to accelerate the transition of desperately needed innovative technologies into operational use.
